Come join us as we close our season under the tent with an evening of fine cigars and delicious tipples.

We welcome Brian Cesare, owner of Chestnut Hill based BNB Cigars who will curate a selection of boutique cigars. Cigar friendly, classic cocktails will be joined be a carefully chosen array of amber spirits and bourbons from one of the most acclaimed small batch series. Delicious small bites will also be on offer.

Our thoughts turn to reds as the sun sets earlier painted with the electric hues of Fall. Our bottlings have one thing in common—Tannins—which has a significant contribution to the structure of the wine.

This will be a perfect opportunity to taste wines with vary- ing tannic profiles and expressions. We will also demon- strate how decanting a wine can take the edge off of the tannins or “soften” the wine.

Look for some of your favorite reds as well as new discover- ies to add to your roster. We look forward to having you join us as we taste a spectacular array of reds with cuisine to match.

We are pleased to announce the return of the Jansen Wine Club (JWC.) As we say goodbye to summer, there are still plenty of delightful whites to explore. Our thoughts turn to Autumn as we explore whites with an added treat; perhaps treatment is more apt.

The offerings will feature white wines that have been left in contact with a by product of fermentation called lees (see back). The selection will show a wide range of wines to showcase this process and the wines will be paired with specific fare to highlight the various nuances of flavors from the ‘sur lie’ aging.

Our 2022 JWC season kicks off on September followed by tastings in October & November. The JWC raffle will have one lucky recipient taking home a bottle of wine and two branded Jansen tasting glasses.
